Call Centre
Compac offer a free helpdesk service to all of our customers. We have implemented a knowledge base at our call center to enable us to deal with your call efficiently. Service manuals are freely available from our web site.

Technical Engineers
Escalated from the helpdesk you will be in the hands of an experienced service engineer. This service is competitively priced. Our Technical Engineers are always reviewing service events logged through the call center to ensure we offer the best help we can.

Field Service
Should you need a service person to visit you, we have a network of authorised and trained service agents ready to go. We will organise this for you, or if you prefer, tell you who the nearest service agent is to your site.

Parts
We have a full stock of appropriate parts in Melbourne and can get parts to you on an overnight delivery to almost all locations. Our authorised agents carry a limited stock of parts so we may be able to supply to you on the same day.

Board Repair
We repair boards so if you need to change an electronic board, ask about our board repair program.

Service Contracts
We have entered into service contracts with major customers to provide a single free phone number to log any faults with Compac equipment. As part of this contract we have formalised:

1. A fault logging procedure
2. An agreement on a fault rating system.
3. An agreement to response times based on the fault rating system
4. Set monthly reviews of all service events and categorised the fault causes to enable analysis and improvement.
5. An agreement on fixed event charges
